Last week, I took my Jeep Patriot for noise and possible exhaust leak to a muffler shop in the Fruitvale area. I left the car for a few hours and then I was told that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced and it would cost me $2,000. When I took it to Costa, they kept it for a few hours and when they drove it 3 times, they couldn't find anything wrong with it and charged me nothing. Very honest, nice and professional people.

I had my car aligned at the dealer due to a related warranty repair. They did not do a good job. I called Costa Auto Care on a Tuesday morning and told them the issue and that I was leaving on a road trip on the coming Saturday. They had me come in that afternoon! They showed me the numbers how the the alignment was not done correctly at the dealer. They went ahead and did a new alignment right then. Now the car drives great and I am ready for my trip. Costa is the best in the business!
